Our trade, electrical installation, has many applications in the high-current (power generation, high-voltage/low-voltage distribution, stations, UPS) and low-current (IT, Fire Detection, Access Control, Video, PABX) segments, in areas as diverse as the maritime sector, industry, the tertiary sector and telecommunications.

Our trade is becoming increasingly technical, requiring more design and implementation studies; there is no room for improvisation and we need to develop an increasingly professional range of services with expert follow-up.

Internal training is the main response to this skills need in an evolving trade.

In 2011 we opened the SNEF University, the aim of which is to give structure to career paths on the basis of milestone-based training provided in a professional environment.

This project embodies what has always existed in the SNEF Group: internal promotion and enhancement of knowledge.
