This principle has led the Group to publish the SNEF Social Report. This tracks the major indicators of its social commitment to value-sharing, whereby our wages and salaries are constantly rising, the age distribution of the workforce is being renewed in terms of hiring through the maintenance of a balanced age structure, and our level of staff retention remains high.

Since its creation, the SNEF Group has been focussed on building for the future. We have not experienced labour unrest for over 30 years nor have we pursued a policy of partial unemployment, even in the recent years of crisis; the Group's workforce in France has doubled in less than 10 years.

These are signs of the dynamism of our Group. We build our business step by step, without making abrupt changes, with the idea that human resources are our capital now and in the future.
